Does anybody have a decent workflow process template for monitoring event logs/syslogs? We just implemented a new automated solution to monitor, report and alert based on predefined and customized rule sets, and now I need to put together a workflow diagram. Not really a brainbuster, but what I designed looks like a pretty sparse process and I’d like to see what others have come up with before I commit to mine and realize I missed something obvious.
