Looking for an easy way to monitor the availability of the DSL connection at a remote office. Basically looking for some kind of agent that would run on a server at the remote office and if it stopped communicating with the main office then I would get an alert.
I have looked high and low and can find NO agent based software that can do this. There are about 500 network monitors but none will work over the Internet with out some sort of VPN
Ideas?
