I have a constant dark shadow background on
eveything on my desktop screen to include
icons and text. It is in the form of a wide lines that flow across the entire screen.
Is this an indication of a bad video card?
This may have been caused by often reboot/shutdown of the system in place of exiting properly.
In most cases, I am not able to reboot in to
a normal mode, the system always wants to boot
me in a safe mode, then I have to exit to get back in a normal mode.
There are 2 problems here. Thanks for help.
