Monitoring/Paging

I’m the admin of a couple of Win2k servers. Sometimes our building turns off the power on the weekends and doesn’t let anyone know. My battery backups only last about 2 hours. Is there a way to set up Win2k to e-mail and page me when the system switches to the UPS’s?
