Moravi Online Video Converter – unsupported codec

by win9133 . Updated 18 years, 2 months ago

I’m experimenting with the Moravi Online Video converter and upon converting .MOV files to .AVI and .MPEG, I am unable to play the files I’ve converted, receiving the following advisory:
“Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file may be formatted with an unsupported codec, or the Internet security setting on your computer is set too high. Lower your browser’s security setting, and then try again.”
I have reset the seurity settings to Low and still receive that advisory.
Can anyone help my diagnose the problem and help with remedying the situation? I have Windows Media Player 9 on my machine, OS being Windows XP Professional 2002.
Thank you!
