Moravi Online Video Converter - unsupported codec

By win9133 ·
I'm experimenting with the Moravi Online Video converter and upon converting .MOV files to .AVI and .MPEG, I am unable to play the files I've converted, receiving the following advisory:
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file may be formatted with an unsupported codec, or the Internet security setting on your computer is set too high. Lower your browser's security setting, and then try again."
I have reset the seurity settings to Low and still receive that advisory.
Can anyone help my diagnose the problem and help with remedying the situation? I have Windows Media Player 9 on my machine, OS being Windows XP Professional 2002.
Thank you!

Why not download Windows Media Player 11..

And try this?. I think this one will have the codecs that you need.

Please post back if you have any more problems or questions.

The current Windows Media Player is version 11.

You'll get the update at the Microsoft website.

Check out which one M$ advises you should have installed:
