Most powerful uninstaller freeware

Hi,

anybody any idea which is the most or good to use powerful uninstaller freeware (genuinely hopefully) or Exchange of software to use. Lots of programs stuck in my Windows Vista and can’t be removed or seen by Add/ Remove or normal uninstaller program.
