What is the address the motherboard uses?

Not enough info-What EXACTLY are you asking for?

The mobo itself is really just a distribution point. The devices plugged into it are assigned, usually dynamically, IRQ and memory space. By devices I mean PCI cards, on-board video, sound, NIC, etc. You should be able to find most of the on-board device IRQ/memory space listed in the BIOS.

The board itself does not use an address (I'm guessing you mean a memory address). The components on it do, however. There are many...for the controllers (floppy and hd), for video and sound, for ethernet, for the lpt and serial ports, etc.

You can look in your device manager for this information (Start > Settings > Control Panel > System)
