I have rebuilt my PC and think I may have damaged the motherboard in the process.
I have tried a barebones bench test (CPU/FAN/HS, MB, RAM and graphics), and get no video signal to the monitor and no beeps from the motherboard.
Does that mean the motherbaord is damaged?
