I am working on a box that the user installed a new hard drive in. Sometimes it boots clean and doesn’t have any problems. Other times it doesn’t even make it to the bios boot. There is a beeping sound that appears to be coming from the motherboard and it freezes. I ran diagnostics on the new drive and it shows no errors. Any suggestions?
