I am working on a AMD Athlon64 3200+ desktop which does not boot-up. There is power to the motherboard as the system starts up but no picture comes up on the monitor and the HD light stays on constantly. The CPU fan is very noisy also! I have tried a different monitor, Video card, RAM, CPU Fan and PSU but still no luck! This leaves the MB and CPU. Any advice on where to start or what the problem could be?
