I use the motherboard ID tools at either www.motherboards.org
or www.wimsbios.com

Keep in mind, if this is an OEM motherboard, your only support route is the original system mfg.

If you cannot get a large drive support BIOS upgrade directly from the motherboard manufacture, I recommend against the 3rd party BIOS sites.
The $70 or so is better spent toward a new motherboard and CPU.

I recommend installing a new PCI IDE controller card.
Not only will it support the full size of your new drive, it will support the faster data transfer speed of the drive.
There is no other upgrade that can increase system performance by up to 4* for under $30.

The manufacturer is Atrend and the last BIOS I find is an Award Bios file dated 25 may 1999 in http://www.ftpcd.com/cftp/ftp.univ-lille1.fr/pub/vendor/atrend/Bios(NEW)/Motherboard/ATC-6510/

You can verify the Bios identification with CTBIOS available on ftp://ftp.heise.de/pub/ct/ctsi/ctbios15.zip
or with the powerful Belarc Advisor available on http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

Your user manual is in http://www.ftpcd.com/cftp/ftp.univ-lille1.fr/pub/vendor/atrend/Manuals/Motherboard/Socket_370/ATC-6510/ A chapter describes how to flash a new BIOS.

The file can be flashed with Awdflash.exe available on http://www.ezgo.com.tw/bios/b01.htm Any version abobe v.7.70 will fit.
