I’m working on a Dell Inspiron M5030 laptop. When turned on it has a blank screen the only lights that come on is the power light. I hear the fan spin up then stop. Don’t really hear the HDD doing anything. After on for maybe 5-10 seconds it gives me a series of beeps. 7 beeps in a row then pause for 2-3 seconds and repeat. I’ve reseated the memory even tried new memory, same results, took out the hdd tried another, same, took out the cmos battery, same, did the hard reset no power or battery hold down power button, same. Looked up the beep Code and saw that it says Processor Failure. So had another CPU to try got the same results after turning the Laptop on about 5-10 seconds 7 beeps. So any ideas?
