Ok, Time for yet another question. Please help me with this one if you can.
I am looking for Motherboard/Processor Sites, not for buying, but for configuration reasons. Where does everyone here go for these needs?
Here are the type of questions that hopefully one or two Non-Vendor/Company specific sites could answer for me:
1.) If I knew a Make/Model of a Motherboard, how could I find out what processor upgrades it could take? Or maybe it can’t be upgraded to anything useful at all, I would like to know that as well.
2.) Vice Vers search, With one particular Processor in mind, such as a Pentium III Celeron or something similar, what options do I have in the way of a good matched motherboard?
I Am looking for Sites, Well Organized, Searchable or Well Indexed, and Non-Company/Vendor specific, such as Dell or Compaq and what they use. Don’t care about them. Don’t mind if it is an off-beat site like www.jimshardware.com. Thanks for all the help, you know I appreciate it.
