Motion Blur – any possibility to get it?

Is there any possibility to get a motion blur effect on the mouse cursor for Mac? I’m currently on macOS Monterey. I haven’t found anything about that but there must be a program which enables that, right?

I really liked those playful animations and styles Apple once had but now many of these things are gone.

A quick search of the internet, including Reddit :-), would seem to indicate that such an app no longer exists for MacOS.
