Motorolla Xoom blacked out

I have a Motorola Xoom with Google that froze up one me so I did a reset and now it won’t turn back on. Have any ideas on how to get it to power back up. (Yes it is fully charged)

Until the Xoom powers on. (could be 30 seconds)

That was the reset that I did… I can’t find anything else on line or else where to fix the issue. Do you have any other ideas?

A user called ‘docbrown’ elaborates on doing a factory hard reset using the display lock slide button in conjunction with holding power and down volume button.
