Mouse and keyboard not working

My mouse and keyboard have both stopped working. This happened while the computer was turned on. They were working fine and then suddenly stopped. They work on other computers fine. I have also tried another mouse connected via a non usb port and that won’t work either.

Obviously I can’t get into Safe Mode either because I do not have a keyboard working.

Anu suggestions please?
