Replace the mouse. Symptoms indicate a failed mouse.

If you are still getting popups and junk then you still have spyware, try using adaware and microsoft antispyware both. There is no one program that can remove spyware, it simple doesnt exist. Your mouse sounds like a separate problem if its a wireless mouse and you installed the disk that came with it, it could be a driver issue. Or as others have said you just need a new mouse.

It could still be a virus. I had a problem like that a one point and i had a virus. None of my antivirus or other trojan/adawar scanners were picking it up.
It killed em off as well.

I just recently bought noadaware v3.0 and it cleared up everything that antivirus, spybot, and adaware were not getting.

Possibly try this or other online antivirus scanner
