Have win98SE with 64Mb RAM and random mouse hanging. sometimes locks and must physically re-boot, sometimes only need to Soft-boot and end task. Very inconsistant occurances. Dosen’t matter which programs I am running. Other times I can load many programs up and hot key between them with no problems. Any suggestions
