Is it the same type of mouse on every workstation? If so then maybe its an issue with the mouse and the operating system. Check microsofts web site to see if there are any updates for that mouse. Also try using different mice. I have never heardof such a problem unless there was a config. issue between the mouse and the OS, but there usually should be an update if something like this is happening. Hope this helps.

Try changing the drivers, it might just work

Open the Control Panel,double-click on system icon and then select the device tab,check for any conflicts and also how many mouse listed there is.
Select the mouse and click properties button and update the mouse driver,more than one machine and either a virus or a defective mouse.

A word of warning...if these mice are PS2 I hope they are shutting down the PC before unpluging and repluging...bad idea not to. However if they are serial...so k. If they are PS2 see if you can find a serial mouse to see if this cures the problem....they may have already caused some problems with the PS2 port.

Yeah Grant is right, but most mouse problems have to do with video...update your video drivers, then re-install directx 8....But definitely read your mouse install instructuions.....GL....

Try 4 parts water to 1 part Downey(fabric softener) in a spray bottle. Spray the chairs and surrounding carpet area. Several times a day. There was/is a power grounding problem in this particular office.
