Mouse not working

Recently I swapped the hard drives between 2 of my home pc’s. One of the pc’s however seems to be working ok, except that the mouse will not respond. If I switch the drives back, the mouse begins working fine. I’ve tried deleting the port and drivers and still no luck. I would like to ge tthis to work, the pc’s with the bad mouse is faster then the other.
