I have a USB optical mouse that is not working it sits in the middle of my screen. I have only the one mouse, I have tried the mouse in a laptop and it works fine. I have tried a usb flash drive in the USB and it works fine. I reinstalled the mouse and usb devices. I have done a system restore. I reset the bios to factory settings. I am stumped.
