mouse.drv………….

Following recovery from a system crash I am getting an error message telling me to re-install mouse.drv to my system32 folder. How do I extract the file from the Windows 2000 cab files and then how do I install it, si it just a case of copying it to the folder?

I have checked and verified that mouse.drv does exist on my hard drive but it may be corrupted as I keep getting the error message when trying to open certain application.
