Move 2003 to new server

Hello,

I am tasked with migrating a 2003 server to a new server and retiring the old. This is in a small office with one 2003 server and 10 XP desktops. The server hardware is not similiar at all. I have Norton Ghost 2003 but have only used it for cloning Win98 to idenical machines.

Should I even try to use ghost and sysprep?
What is the best practice in these circumstances?
