How do I instruct the move command NOT to overwrite a target file if it exists and NOT to prompt me to overwrite or not in a Win 2000 batch file.Thanks.

Hold down the shift key while clicking on No the first time you get asked to overwrite. With the Shift key held down and a click on No --> a "No to all is assumed by Windows"
