Move Exch 5.5 to Win2K svr from NT4 svr

We’re trying to move our existing server to our new W2K one.

We didn’t want to risk it (even after full backup of current Exch server), but we installed 5.5, SP4 & then moved our new server to old server (intrasite). Came up with heaps of replication errors (after following exact steps of what to remove, etc). I’m not sure if the errors come up because instead of moving to a new server, we’re trying to move our new one to the old one to replicate first, then remove old one.

Any help would be appreciated.
