move the .PST outlook database file

I want to copy the .PST file from my Outlook computer to a different computer so that the new outlook computer reads the copied PST file.
That way the new Outlook computer will display the files from my old Outlook program.

So what directory do I copy the PST file into and how do I configure Outlook to read the new PST file?
