Office 97 was moved from one server to another. The problem is that when users access powerpoint, which is on their desktops, most of the clipart is not available. For some reason the program is pointing to the server that no longer hosts the application. I tried to reinstall the software but the same thing happens – error “can not access original servername”. I tried to update the location of clipart but now a new problem popped up – the shortcut bar at the top of the screen now has 30 or so bullshit icons. That’s not a big problem but the clipart is still not accessable. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
