I am wanting to cut out scences off a DVD and place them into another video that i’ll be creating but i don’t have the soft ware to do it. I was wondering which software is the best and affordable for making DVD with picture files, and scences from a dvd. would also like to be able to use that cut part from dvd to maybe possible put on website.
* the part of the dvd that i want to cut is of someone’s routine and it’s on dvd with a bunch of other peoples routines as well. I just want that certain one.
