visual basic programs can use active x controls or additional library files such as the IMAGXPR3.DLL

You will need to find and move that DLL file and register it by using:

regsvr32 c:\pathtofile\IMAGXPR3.DLL

Next you need to look at what dependencies are necessary. The IMAGXPR3.DLL file may need other files registered to make it work.

Look for a file with the name IMAGXPR3.dep
That will be a text file that will contain what the IMAGXPR3.DLL needs to operate with. There will be a list of other DLL's that you will need to register.

As a rule, windows program do not move from one computer to another easily. They should always be installed to make sure that all the necessary files are loaded and registered.

VinnyD is right specially regsvr32 Path\dllfile.dll.
If you have XP you can use dependecy walker to find all file dependencies. copy all the missing files from the macine where the VB prog runs to the other one ( same directory ) then do the regsvr32 thing. It should work then, there could still be registry/ini entries missing. If this is a comercial program with copy protection your chances are not very good to accomplish your task.
