Moving Applications in Dual Monitor Setup

I have an XP Pro laptop where I use the laptop screen extended to an external LCD monitor. I would love the ability to easily move an application from one monitor to the other. Is there something available to do this more automatically. Like the switches between applications, I would like a to move my application in focus to the other monitor.
