Moving Documents & Settings folder

I’ve done a fresh installation of Windows XP Pro in my pc with two hard drive NTFS partitions(drive C & D). I want drive C to contain only the Windows system files while drive D to contain Documents & Settings folder. How can I transfer this folder into drive D? Is there a software that can do this? Thank you in advance for your advice.
