Moving Exchange 5.5

I was wondering if anyone can stir me to the right direction. I want to move Exchange 5.5 from an old server to a new server. The new server will be on the same domain and it is an NT4. The old server is a PDC and the new server is a BDC, don’t know if this was important.

1. What are the steps and process?

2. Is there a tool that will help out?

3. Know of any good links that will help or document the process?
