Moving Exchange 5.5 from NT4 to Win2000

My NT4 server has gotten too small now. I have purchased a new server running Win2000 Server. I need to get Exchange 5.5 from the old server on to the new one with all the mail accounts and settings the same. What are the procedures i need to follow?
