I currently program in Delphi and have been doing that for about 7 years. I have started studying asp.net and want to learn C# with the goal of getting a new job programming .net, c#, etc. My question is what is the best way to present this on my resume, since I can’t really put any “real” work experience? I thought of creating small apps that highlight my new skills and putting the link to that website on my resume, but I’m very new to the new languages and that will take some time. In the meantime, how can I show perspective employers that I have solid programming experience, just not in .net and c#? – Thanks
