Moving NT Profiles on WinNT

Hi,

I’m in the process of moving from WinNT domain to active directory. I’ve moved machines over to AD but users’ profiles are still logged in as the old NT domain. how can I migrate these profiles so users can login using their new accounts but have their old profile? If I get enough info, I will publish a nice tutorial for everyone.
