Those 20 printers are just drivers that are installed on you machine. You could try to do a network transfer of those files but unless you know the name of every dll file and where it is installed you will probably end up with a huge headache. I'd bite the bullet and install the printers the old-fashioned way.

make it easy, and make a print server with all of the drivers that you need, so all the clients have to do is attach to it,, that will save you A LOT of time in the future, and it's not that difficult either..
