As you know, XP gave us the option of creating a seperate Guick Launch tool bar on the left side of the Task Bar. XP also allowed me to grab only the QL bar and drag it to the left side of the screen. I have not been able to do this without taking the whole task bar also. Does anyone know of a way to Seperate the QL bar from the Task Bar and be able to accomplish the same thing?
