    Moving shortcuts around

    Hey, on windows 98 machines I can just right click a file and drag it to the desktop, then click create shortcut. That doesn’t seem to be working in 2000. Is there a way around htis (besides opening up explorer to the desktop directory and clicking create new shortcut?)
