Moving the Exchange server

We have a test Exchange 2000 server, now I want to move it to the actually server… I mean setup a new exchange 2000 server with all required hardware and capacity for 150 users. I dont want to loose any mailboxes that i have on my test server, Howcan i backup my mailboxes,and all the important information and then move it on to the New Exchange server ones it is setup.
