Good Morning,
To a colleague’s pc, after the update installation of a Mozilla’s add on, we cannot begin the browser any more.
We receive a Warning , that the session doesn’t respond with two options, one to quit the session and the other to continue.
1. Whatever will be our choice, mozilla doesn’t open
2. We reinstalled Mozilla, without result
3. We even run Registry Mechanic, just in case, but this also didn’t help
The OS is Windows XP SP2 and ΙΕ operates without any problem.
Is there any idea what might be the problem? Or, what else can we try?
