We have a client server database (Access 97, soon to be upgraded to 2000) set up with data on the network (Novell) and distrubuted forms databases stored on several local machines (98 & 2000).
When the network database gets corrupt requiring a repair to be ran, we cannot get everyone “out” of the database. The local “forms” DBs are linked to the network “tables” DB.
I just want to kick everyone out. I know clearing connection on the server can be done, but is there another way? Some code written in access maybe?
Thanks
