In MS Access 2.0 there is an Archive Query Wizard that is very simple for our end-users to follow.
In Autumn of this year the end-users migrated to MS Access 2000 and have a 28,000 record database that they want to archive certain records from.
I could talk them through creating a action query and delete query (assuming there are things in Access 2000 – I still have Access 2.0).
It would obviously be better if there was an equivalent wizard that they could use (it may be just not installed by default).
