MS Access 2000-History Record Lost

I have created a database on year 2003 and was unable to view it now. It only shows the record for the current year but not any earlier.

If I were to set my PC date to year 2003, then I would be able to view it. But it is not a long term solution.

Why do this happen? Please advise on a possible solution. Thank you.
