MS Access and Screen Resolution

Hi. I design Access databases and always have the same problem with the screen resolution. The only way I can be sure about how will show the application I designed in the end users PCs is finding first which screen resolution they have and setting the same on my computer.
Anybody know what can I do in Access, so the database application change in relation to the screen resolution of the end user PC, whatever is that resolution?
I try setting the autoresize property of the forms and reports to “Yes”, but don’t work.
Any suggetions?
