A friend of my asking me to do program in visual basic. Using MS agent character. I have it working for other language. But I look for the vietnamese speaking language. I do some searching but there is no luck. Is there any one know how to program MS Agent Character for/Set to Speak vietnamese in visual basic v6. Since microsoft have no info for it. Please help.
