I have a NT 4.0 server w/SP5 running TCP/IP and IPX protocol. I have a MS-DOS pc that logins to the NT server using the NT DOS client and IPX protocol. This PC logins in without a problem. This PC handles an update process to the accounting database on the NT server at night. What happens occasionally in the morning is that I get an error that tells me the PC has lost connection to the server and the update process stops. I have replace the NIC and Pentascan the cables. I have no problemslogging in or connecting to the server. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be going on??
