I’m a newbie in MS Exchange 5.5 server administration and I seem to be experiencing a problem with the Offline Address Book. it gives out an error in the event viewer, “Generation of teh offline Address Book is complete. Result: An Error Occured. Event ID 5004.” I consulted the Technet and did it’s workaround which was to make sure that the system folders and its subfolders has a permission of “Full Control” for the Everyone group. it was so. But I still have the same error. I can’t seem to get an updated list of the e-mail addresses also with our Company’s G.A.L.
