Make your life alot easier and stop and disable the license logging services. Just keep a physical record of your licenses in case of an audit.

Go into the control panel and click 'services' In the listing of all services installed you will see the License Logging Service. Highlight it and click on 'Startup' Change the startup option to 'Manual' and click ok. Highlight the Logging Service again and click 'Stop' This is will stop the logging service on the server and prevent it from starting on the next reboot.
This will also prevent a known error within NT where people logging onto exchange will take up multiple license's and preventother users from logging on. Why Microsoft doesnt post this on thier Knowledge base is that stopping the logging service will turn your server into unlimited users to NT and Exchange. This was however the fix they gave me when I called them about it.
