we are running ms exchange 2000 on win2k server and using ms outlook as email client. my problem is that from time to time we have experienced data lose in outlook specifically the calendar and appointments that were created, the weird thing is that it retains the recurring data and it only happens to several individuals and not to everyone. granted that we can always do a restore of their individual mailboxes it still does not resolve the issue. does anyone have a clue with and why does thishappen often to this individuals. i have an inkling that it may be caused by the NAV scan that runs from time to time but data lose does not happen that often either and i am not experiencing similar problem with our other MS Exchange, then again that is running on NT4 MS exchange ver. 5.5.
