When I need to recover a mailbox I restore the IS to a seperate server and
access the mailbox in question. Should the deleted Items cache also be
available using this method? Is there something extra I need to do to get
this information? It’s always blank when I view it on the recovered
mailbox.
Running Exchange 5.5 SP3, OL98/2000 CW, Set for 7 day deleted items
retention. Using Tivoli Exchange Agent (TDP) for backup (ADSM).
